Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content.
• Develop internal knowledge bases and maintain content accuracy through version updates.

Key Skills:

• Tools: Markdown, JIRA, Confluence, Git, MS Word, or Docs.
• Languages: Proficiency in English with a focus on clarity and technical accuracy.
• Experience with API documentation tools like Swagger or Postman.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of software development, coding terminologies, and technical concepts.
• Strong research skills and the ability to understand highly technical software features.
