About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our team at Bitmutex Technologies. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients, industries, and markets to uncover new business opportunities. Use tools like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling to build a robust pipeline of leads.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs and position Bitmutex Technologies as their trusted digital partner.
Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and presentations that align with client requirements.
Marketing Support: Work closely with the marketing team to promote Bitmutex Technologies’ services through campaigns, events, and content creation. Provide insights into market trends and client feedback to refine marketing strategies.
Proposal Development & Negotiation: Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and agreements. Negotiate terms with clients to close deals while ensuring alignment with company goals.
Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable strategies.
Reporting & Performance Tracking: Track and report on key performance metrics such as lead conversion rates, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. Provide regular updates to leadership on progress and challenges.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the IT or software industry. Fresh graduates with exceptional communication and networking skills will also be considered.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of web and mobile technologies, software development processes, and digital marketing concepts.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Problem-Solving & Negotiation: Strong problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
CRM Tools: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) or willingness to learn.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing.
